1. Introduction

whatpresent.co.uk takes your privacy seriously. This privacy policy describes how and why we obtain, store and process data which can identify you. We may update this policy from time to time and shall indicate on the website when changes have been made.

In short, any information that you supply to us is never sold or lent to a third party.

2. The information we collect

We will only ever know your name, email address or other information about you if you volunteer it when subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us by email. Any information supplied to us is NEVER shared with a third party for marketing or other purposes unless we are required to do so by law. We do not sell email addresses or any other information.

As with most other websites, we collect and use the data contained in log files. The information in the log files include  your IP (internet protocol) address, your ISP (internet service provider), the browser you used to visit our site (such as Internet Explorer or Firefox), the time you visited our site and which pages you visited throughout our site.

We collect information about you so that we can personalise your use of the site, assist your use of the site and improve the site generally. if you sign up to a newsletter, we will use that information to contact you as requested you.

6. Accessing and updating your personal information

We will always let you have a copy of personal information we have about you, should you request it, and you may correct it if you wish. However, unless you have specifically contacted us and volunteered any details, it is unlikely that we hold any such information.
