We all love cakes and we've been applauding the whole cupcake revolution, which has brought cupcakes out of the village fetes and into the mainstream.
Seriously, cupcakes are the in thing just now - they're absolutely everywhere - my cousins' "wedding cake" was actually tiers of individual, exquisitely decorated cupcakes. They're versatile, colourful and everyone loves them.
So how about creating the centrepiece to end all centrepieces. Granted, you'd have to be an incredibly greedy person to scoff a cupcake baked in a Giant Cupcake Tin. But you'd have fun trying.
